This power cage with cable system will allow you to do the four major lift’s that everyone should be doing. Benchpress, Overhead Press, Squat, Deadlift. It also allows you to do cable extensions & cable bicep curls with the cable system in it. This is the most expensive piece of equipment but also gives you the most.

This heavy duty adjustable bench will allow you to do many different seated or lying exercises. This is essential for a home gym.

This Olympic barbell is rated to 2000 lb’s and reasonably priced for this quality of bar.

Olympic Weights: I’d recommend trying to find a set on craigslist, an estate sale or some other used source. They can be pricey when bought new.

Potassium is also important to reduce cramps when weight training. Unfortunately I haven’t found a Potassium tablet with a large dose of it. It’s 90mg Potassium each tablet. Even five isn’t enough but I’m not gonna eat these like candy. I stick to five a day. 20 day supply at five tablets daily.

Four flavors & one unflavored drink. The flavor is so mild I just recommend buying the cheapest one.
Magnesium Carbonate is much more absorbable than Magnesium Oxide. One serving get’s you 77% of your daily Magnesium needs. At one serving a day you will have 113 day supply.
